My Parking ("the app") helps you remember where you parked, share that spot with someone you choose, and find your car. It is operated by MKTech ("we"). This policy explains what the app collects, why, who can see it, and how long it is kept. We built the app to keep as little as possible: almost everything is deleted automatically.
1. What we collect
- Account. When you sign in with Google or Apple we receive your name, email address and profile picture (Apple may give a private relay email and a name only the first time). You can add an optional phone number, gender and a short "about" line, and change your avatar.
- Parking data. The photo you take, the GPS position of the car, the nearest place name and address (looked up with Apple's geocoding service), your note (for example "Pillar A31") and the time. This stays on your phone. Copies leave your phone only when you share the spot, ask a friend to pick the car up, or publish it to friends you trust.
- Location. Used while the app is open to save where you parked and to show the distance to your car. If you allow "Always", it is also used in the background, only while a car is parked, to keep that distance up to date. It is never used for advertising and is not stored as a location history.
- Sharing, chat and friends. Shares you create (photo, position, place, note, expiry), messages and photos in a share's chat, a timeline of what happened (shared, accepted, picked up…), friend and trust requests, and notifications.
- Contacts (only if you tap "Find friends from contacts"). With your permission the app reads the names, phone numbers and emails in your contacts and sends the numbers and emails to our server, which compares them with member phone numbers and emails and returns the members it finds. The list is used for that one comparison and is not stored or shared; the server only keeps the time of your last check to limit abuse. You can turn the permission off in iOS Settings at any time.
- Device. A push notification token and your language, so we can notify you. Your language and maps-app choice are also kept on the phone. Widgets and the lock-screen card read a small copy of your current parking stored on the phone.
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not sell or rent your data.
2. How we use it
To provide the features you use: remember and show your parking, draw the widget and lock-screen card, let the person you share with see the spot and chat, let friends find you and see your parking if you trust each other, and send notifications (reminders, messages, requests). We do not use it for anything else.
3. Who can see what
- A share link works for one person. Until someone accepts it, anyone holding the link can see the photo and place; once one person accepts, only you and that person can read it. A request to a specific friend is visible to that friend only.
- Friends see your name, avatar, "about" line and gender. Only friends see your phone number and email address. Friends can also give you a private nickname that only they can see. Friends you trust also see your current parking (photo, place, note, position) and get a notification when you park.
- People find you by your exact email address or phone number; there is no public directory. Searching by phone only shows a masked email.
4. Service providers
We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Functions and Hosting; our data is mainly in the Singapore region), Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, Apple Maps geocoding and Apple push services, and Expo's push notification service to deliver notifications. They process data only to run the app.

6. Your choices
- Edit or remove your name, avatar, phone number, gender and "about" in the app (Account). Delete a parking from History to delete its shares, chat and photos for everyone. Revoke a share link, remove a friend or a trust, or sign out at any time.
- Turn off location, "Always" location, notifications or contacts access in iOS Settings. Contacts are read only when you tap "Find friends from contacts".
- Delete your account in the app: Account → Delete account. This removes your profile, phone number, email, friendships, nicknames, shares (with their chats and photos), notifications and avatar from our servers, deletes your sign-in account, and clears your parkings and History from that phone. Sign in with Apple access is revoked. To access or correct your data, or if you cannot use the app, email contact@tranminhkhoi.dev. We answer within 30 days.
7. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections and protected by access rules so that only the people it is meant for can read it. No system is perfectly secure; please tell us if you find a problem.
8. Children
The app is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.

My Parking ("ứng dụng") giúp bạn nhớ chỗ đỗ xe, chia sẻ chỗ đó với người bạn chọn và tìm lại xe. Ứng dụng do MKTech ("chúng tôi") vận hành. Chính sách này giải thích ứng dụng thu thập gì, để làm gì, ai xem được và giữ trong bao lâu. Chúng tôi thiết kế để lưu càng ít càng tốt: hầu hết dữ liệu tự động bị xoá.
1. Chúng tôi thu thập gì
- Tài khoản. Khi bạn đăng nhập bằng Google hoặc Apple, chúng tôi nhận tên, email và ảnh đại diện (Apple có thể cung cấp email ẩn danh và chỉ gửi tên ở lần đầu). Bạn có thể thêm số điện thoại, giới tính và một dòng giới thiệu (không bắt buộc), và đổi ảnh đại diện.
- Dữ liệu chỗ đỗ. Ảnh bạn chụp, vị trí GPS của xe, tên địa điểm và địa chỉ gần nhất (tra bằng dịch vụ định vị địa chỉ của Apple), ghi chú của bạn (ví dụ "Cột A31") và thời gian. Dữ liệu này nằm trên điện thoại của bạn. Bản sao chỉ rời khỏi máy khi bạn chia sẻ chỗ đỗ, nhờ bạn bè lấy xe giúp, hoặc công khai cho bạn bè bạn tin tưởng.
- Vị trí. Dùng khi ứng dụng đang mở để lưu chỗ đỗ và hiện khoảng cách tới xe. Nếu bạn cho phép "Luôn luôn", vị trí cũng được dùng ngầm, chỉ trong lúc có xe đang đỗ, để cập nhật khoảng cách. Không dùng cho quảng cáo và không lưu thành lịch sử di chuyển.
- Chia sẻ, trò chuyện và bạn bè. Các lượt chia sẻ bạn tạo (ảnh, vị trí, địa điểm, ghi chú, thời hạn), tin nhắn và ảnh trong cuộc trò chuyện, dòng thời gian sự kiện (đã chia sẻ, đã nhận, đã lấy xe…), lời mời kết bạn và tin tưởng, và thông báo.
- Danh bạ (chỉ khi bạn bấm "Tìm bạn từ danh bạ"). Khi bạn cho phép, ứng dụng đọc tên, số điện thoại và email trong danh bạ, rồi gửi số điện thoại và email lên máy chủ để đối chiếu với số điện thoại và email của thành viên và trả về những thành viên tìm thấy. Danh sách này chỉ dùng cho lần đối chiếu đó, không được lưu hay chia sẻ; máy chủ chỉ giữ thời điểm bạn kiểm tra gần nhất để hạn chế lạm dụng. Bạn có thể tắt quyền này trong Cài đặt iOS bất cứ lúc nào.
- Thiết bị. Mã thông báo đẩy và ngôn ngữ của bạn để chúng tôi gửi thông báo. Ngôn ngữ và ứng dụng bản đồ bạn chọn cũng được lưu trên máy. Widget và thẻ khoá màn hình đọc một bản sao nhỏ về chỗ đỗ hiện tại được lưu trên máy.
Chúng tôi không dùng công cụ theo dõi quảng cáo hay phân tích, và không bán hay cho thuê dữ liệu của bạn.
2. Chúng tôi dùng để làm gì
Để cung cấp các tính năng bạn dùng: nhớ và hiển thị chỗ đỗ, vẽ widget và thẻ khoá màn hình, cho người bạn chia sẻ xem chỗ đỗ và trò chuyện, cho bạn bè tìm bạn và xem chỗ đỗ của nhau nếu đã tin tưởng nhau, và gửi thông báo (nhắc nhở, tin nhắn, lời mời). Chúng tôi không dùng cho mục đích nào khác.
3. Ai xem được gì
- Một link chia sẻ chỉ dành cho một người. Khi chưa có ai nhận, ai có link đều thấy ảnh và địa điểm; khi một người đã nhận, chỉ bạn và người đó đọc được. Yêu cầu gửi riêng cho một người bạn chỉ người bạn đó thấy.
- Bạn bè thấy tên, ảnh đại diện, dòng giới thiệu và giới tính của bạn. Chỉ bạn bè thấy số điện thoại và email của bạn. Bạn bè cũng có thể đặt cho bạn một tên gợi nhớ riêng mà chỉ họ thấy. Bạn bè đã tin tưởng còn thấy chỗ đỗ hiện tại của bạn (ảnh, địa điểm, ghi chú, vị trí) và nhận thông báo khi bạn đỗ xe.
- Mọi người tìm bạn bằng đúng email hoặc số điện thoại của bạn; không có danh bạ công khai. Tìm bằng số điện thoại chỉ hiện email đã che bớt.
4. Bên cung cấp dịch vụ
Chúng tôi dùng Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Functions và Hosting; dữ liệu chủ yếu ở khu vực Singapore), Google Sign-In, Đăng nhập bằng Apple, dịch vụ định vị địa chỉ và thông báo đẩy của Apple, cùng dịch vụ thông báo đẩy của Expo để gửi thông báo. Các bên này chỉ xử lý dữ liệu để vận hành ứng dụng.

6. Lựa chọn của bạn
- Sửa hoặc xoá tên, ảnh đại diện, số điện thoại, giới tính và dòng giới thiệu ngay trong ứng dụng (Tài khoản). Xoá một chỗ đỗ khỏi Lịch sử sẽ xoá các lượt chia sẻ, trò chuyện và ảnh của nó với tất cả mọi người. Bạn có thể thu hồi link chia sẻ, huỷ kết bạn hoặc tin tưởng, và đăng xuất bất cứ lúc nào.
- Tắt vị trí, vị trí "Luôn luôn", thông báo hoặc quyền danh bạ trong Cài đặt của iOS. Danh bạ chỉ được đọc khi bạn bấm "Tìm bạn từ danh bạ".
- Xoá tài khoản ngay trong ứng dụng: Tài khoản → Xoá tài khoản. Thao tác này xoá hồ sơ, số điện thoại, email, bạn bè, tên gợi nhớ, các lượt chia sẻ (cùng trò chuyện và ảnh), thông báo và ảnh đại diện khỏi máy chủ, xoá tài khoản đăng nhập, và xoá chỗ đỗ cùng lịch sử trên điện thoại đó. Quyền Đăng nhập bằng Apple được thu hồi. Để truy cập hoặc chỉnh sửa dữ liệu, hoặc nếu không dùng được ứng dụng, hãy gửi email tới contact@tranminhkhoi.dev. Chúng tôi trả lời trong 30 ngày.
7. Bảo mật
Dữ liệu được gửi qua kết nối mã hoá và được bảo vệ bằng quy tắc truy cập để chỉ đúng người được phép mới đọc được. Không hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối; nếu bạn phát hiện sự cố, xin báo cho chúng tôi.
8. Trẻ em
Ứng dụng không dành cho trẻ dưới 16 tuổi và chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của các em. Nếu bạn cho rằng một em đã cung cấp dữ liệu, hãy liên hệ để chúng tôi xoá.
9. Thay đổi
Nếu thay đổi chính sách, chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật ngày ở trên và, với thay đổi quan trọng, thông báo trong ứng dụng.
